For our guests’ peace of mind, the estate has a 24/7 security guard, with 36 cameras around the estate perimeter and outside each unit, together with the state-of-the-art security monitoring system, monitored both at the security gate and off-site by a reputable local armed response company. The Midlands is known for being peaceful, but security is an area we would rather over-invest in.
Each villa has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen,6 to 10-seater dining areas, a lounge area with a fireplace, air-conditioning throughout the villa, and a patio with a BBQ/braai, outdoor lounge and dining area, all overlooking the beautiful natural surroundings.
Guests have access to the large entertainment and lounge hall, with multiple seating areas each with a smart TV for guest enjoyment, fireplaces and air-conditioners throughout the hall, all leading to an equally grand outside patio with comfortable lounge furniture. The surround sound music speakers are both inside the entertainment hall and on the patio. The motorised laser projector and screen make the hall an ideal place for functions, events and conferences.

The estate is situated in the Balgowan valley, in the Midlands, one of the key tourism nodes in the country, near the renowned Michaelhouse private boarding school for boys. The area is in the farming zone, most notably timber and cattle farming and is reachable from the N3 highway, via the Nottingham road off-ramp.
